Project Management
Upon receipt of a contract, the project is assigned to a project manager. The project manager's role is to ensure that the project is built to contract specifications and is delivered on time.
The project manager is responsible for:
- Mechanical design
- Planning and scheduling
- Material requisition
- Fabrication
- Liaison with the clients
Project Planning & Scheduling
OPF uses a computer-based project planning system. This system assures that material procurement, engineering and fabrication are coordinated in an efficient manner to meet our client's delivery requirements. Reports reflecting the status of material delivery and the stage of fabrication are generated frequently so that clients are continuously aware of project status.
